  • Activity-Based / Free-Spirit Therapy: Tailored to suit each individual, including activities like football, games, building Lego, creating art, or playing table tennis. Ideal for those who find traditional seated counselling daunting or disengaging, this approach helps form safe and trusting relationships through active engagement.
