Payments for initial sessions are payable in advance - due to the high demand of our services, unfortunately if payment is not received 48 hours before your session, we reserve the right to cancel. After your first session, we will agree future payment terms together.
Cancellation Policy
At Chambers of Change, counselling and massage therapeutic services, we understand that 'life' happens, that's why we offer a full refund if your scheduled appointment is cancelled with 24+ hours notice.
If you need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will still be charged, unless we can move the session to be online or reschedule within the same week (availability permitting).
